I was a CNA for 15 years before I became an LPN 15 years ago. Healthcare is all I’ve known for the past 30 years.
God put a desire in my heart to train strong, caring, knowledgeable and empathetic Nursing Assistants. They are the nurse’s eyes and ears and let me tell ya, Every CNA out there has my utmost respect for what they do. In most cases CNAs spend more time with the residents than nurses do.
