New Year 2020: Weight off or Wait on

Well the new year is already here whether we are ready for it or not! A new year can bring many changes many opportunities and a lot more possibilities. We just need to stop and weigh out our to do list or our vision or as some can say our year plan or those who are really ahead of the game their five year plan. I say power to those five year planners and you know who you are and you should be very proud. Life is much to short.

Worry weighs us down so get that weight off of your shoulders. Stop and wait by making prayer your first exercise of the day. Worry adds stress and stress is chaos of the mind. Remember excellent thoughts lead us to live excellent lives and takes the weight off. Negative thoughts add weight on.

A keen mind is a tool for use by all who are attuned to the mind of God. My hope for you in 2020 is that you have constructive ideas, positive uplifting words thus providing a new interest in life and an interest in others and you will be surrounded by encouraging uplifting people. Remember you choose your circle and it might just be time to evaluate that circle. Observe people who are good at their work, skilled workers are always in demand and admired. They don't take a backseat to anyone. Proverbs 22:29 Proverbs 13:20 goes on to say. Become wise by walking with the wise; hang out with fools and watch your life fall to pieces.

Don't fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of Gods wholeness, everything coming together for good. will come and settle you down. It's wonderful what happens when Christs displaces worry at the center of life. Philippians 4: 6-7

Your diet is not only what you eat. It's what you watch, what you listen to, what you read, the people you hang around. Be mindful of the things you put into your body emotionally, spiritually, and physically. This will either keep your mind keen or toxic.

The biggest room in the world is the room for improvements.

Go at God speed improve that room and improve or tweak your circle and be a big ole blessing.

Rejoice always,
