When I think of Fall I think of Gratefulness, Thankfulness, Gatherings and lots of Recipes.
Gratefulness and Thankfulness go hand in hand. Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions. The parent of them all. The attitude of gratitude. This is not only a great rhyme to have but a super great way to live.
You should always be grateful for the things you have. Many people go in the wrong direction with the attitude of gratitude. They think when I get something good like a raise/promotion or something I have been wanting like a career change then I will be grateful. That is such backwards thinking. Be grateful and walk in the attitude of gratitude for what you do have. Only then can that attitude of gratitude grow and build your happiness and joy to another level.
I read this one time it was a anonymous quote but definately worth quoting. "It's not happiness that brings us gratitude. It's gratitude that brings us happiness."
Take a 30 day challenge with us. For the next 30 days stop and think of one thing each day that you are grateful for. Write it on your calendar, then after that 30 days reflect on that calendar and you will be so amazed at what you wrote and how your mindset has changed.
Say to yourself Today! I choose to live with so much gratitude and with all of the love that fills my heart, and all of the peace that will rest in my spirit, and the voice of hope that will say that all things are possible.
